Honestly, we do not use any scientific formula, we just go by the rating forms that are submitted. If the rating is entirely bad or entirely good, we will not count it and dismiss it as spam.

What if the rating of my complex is poor and I disagree ?

Simple...just log on to our rating form and complete it and it may affect the overall rating, or just e-mail us and if you can show it is not as bad as the rating, we will certainly be willing to change it.

My condominium's score is low, what does that mean and how can I improve it?

It means that several people have submitted rating forms and their opinion wasn't very good about your complex.  To get your condos rating up, just submit a rating form and tell your other members to submit one, you will probably see your score go up quickly.

Why don't you ask for someone's e-mail address or phone to verify they are for real ?

Because we have found that if we require the phone or e-mail, very few people will respond and rate a complex.
