"Good concrete construction.
Great views of Pearl Harbor and Pacific ocean and the mountains on Oahu.  However, it is located between two of the busiest roads on the island and across street from
second largest shopping center in state, and across street from a "swap Meet", resulting in a noisy environment."

It is a GREAT Building.  Pool, Gym, Tennis Court and many extras.  The Staff there is the best.  The Resident Manager Rick Edds is the best I have ever dealt with.  We are very lucky to have them.

resident managers don't care.  people doing drugs in the hallway.  this place is crap.  STAY AWAY

"Your $ 350.00 a month maintenance fees that you pay to (3) different companies does not cover garage doors and windows on your insurance, you must get a separate policy to those. $ 350.00 a month and the grounds crew barely comes around, I have had the same outside lights broken since I moved here over a year ago. These are safety issues as  they light the walkway at night. The head guy in charge will have your  car towed in a heartbeat, as I have several neighbors to attest to this.  Overall, I and many neighbors are VERY dissatisfied with this show. F Grade".
