"The units are nice inside, spacious, and the kitchens are open to the living rooms. The major problem, in these units, is that you can hear your neighbors. The walls are thin and if you like your privacy, these units are no good. You constantly run into neighbors and the garages are connected to one long hall to get in. NO PRIVACY. Lived there for 7 years, moved out, not good with small kids or teenagers. You can't make any noise."

"Excellent condominium community. I did my research before buying here in April 2006. Spacious and well manicured grounds including four beautiful ponds with fountains and a touch of wildlife. The ammenities include sizeable pools and clubhouse, both well maintained, also tennis and basketball courts, can even barbacue when I like on one of the oversized charcoal grills available to residents. Fees are very reasonalble for whats provided and compared to surrounding communities. Condo board members are pleasent and approachable in addition to being on top of community matters. That includes constant maintanance of the grounds through all four seasons. I could not be happier here and would certainly recommend the " VILLAGE" to anyone considering buying into a great condo community."

"Condo association board members very unprofessional. Condo fee's are very high for what is provided. Company who manages complex is called Community Management. They are not good about fixing the problems that come up with the units. I would never tell anyone to live there mostly because of the > Board Members and the Management Company located in Mt Laurel NJ. The location is nice but the rest is very unfortunate."

"We moved here when downsizing almost 2 years ago. I think we get great value. I think the management staff is very cooperative. I think the homeowners make it what it is. When you don't pick up after your dogs and throw your trash next to the dumpster instead of in it, our fees go up. Our unit has gone down in price greatly since moving here because of the market but I still think it is one of the prettiest condo developments around. The Board members do a decent job and if people want to complain then they should run for the Board!"

"Condo Fees are outrageous. I would not mind paying high condo fees if I could see something for my money. My belief is that the only thing I see for all the money I pay is a reserved parking spot. I would not recommend anyone to this complex. The units are nice, and big however, management us terrible. The grounds and maintenance on units is terrible. I wish I never moved there."
