Owners are expected to take an interest in their units and an investor management company is not retained to serve absentee investors. This saves a lot of money. the HOA is easy to contact either through Board members living on site ,the HOA office phone ,letter drop or P.O. Box. I have been an owner for two years and see no reason to ever sell my unit."		"There is no management company, that creates problems with billing issues as well as repairs that the association are responsible for. The laundry room is rarely working and is more than local laundrys. The tennis and basketball courts have not had nets for over 9 years."
