Buildings are rundown, with
siding falling off, rotting wood. It hasn't been painted in years.
It is like a slum in the middle of one of the best areas in Lake
Oswego. We can't understand how people would let their investment go
so far downhill. |

areas, HOA management leaves a lot
Recently received a settlement
after 4 years of litigation with developers who converted them from
apartments. The HOA has started repairs necessary to the common
properties. While in the litigation process the HOA maintained
the property with only one assessment and one dues increase.

Operating funds are under $5,000 and the reserve account is about $70,000. |

The place has severe leakage issues and nothing is being done to solve the issue. There is talk of underwriting of monies in this community and the inability of the management company to do its job and the Board to govern it is severe;ly lacking. could be nice and potential but the the HOA needs to be taken over
by a property management company. HOA fee's are very high and does
not cover repairs and landscaping. Complex is very poorly kept up. Many clients wonder why the residents don't take better care of the place. It is a very HARD sell! |

awful complex. I owned a unit there for several years and it was a
constant battle between myself and the board president The
board refuses to do anything whatsoever towards taking proper care
of the buildings and grounds. The other neighbors actually got mad
at me because I pushed for things like lawn care. |
